I always thought that life after graduation would be very
easy and simple. A white collar job, six figure salary and a lifestyle that
would be relaxing and comfortable. I could have never even imagined that
finding a job could be this difficult.
As soon as I graduated from university, I started my search
for a job. Little did I know that the number of applicants was huge but the
available jobs were very less in comparison. Therefore, the hopes of finding a
job in my home country i.e. Nepal, started to deplete real soon. Rather than
giving up, I decided to look for opportunities abroad and this is when I
applied for a job in the United Kingdom.
I refrained from getting my hopes up too high, but I soon
got an email stating that my online interview had been scheduled. I appeared
for the interview and got selected for the job. It was a matter of only a few
weeks and I flew to UK.
The job was great. The team was very cooperative and I soon
settled in. The first month went by and I got paid. This was the time when I
was supposed to send money to my family. Little did I know, that finding a way
to send money to Nepal for my family would be such a
challenging task.
I went online and explored the different available options
through which one could send money to
Nepal online. The use of money transfer service providers was the most
preferred and recommended method amongst all.
This shed some weight off my shoulders, but only half of the
work had yet been done. I still needed to find the best service for money transfer to
Nepal. For this, I decided to speak to a couple of my other colleagues who
were also immigrants. Most of them recommended ACE Money Transfer.
I went to their official website and signed up for an
account. It was a very easy process. All I needed to do was to enter my
credentials and set up a password. I received an email verification link and
soon my account was verified. The rest of the process was very simple. They
asked me for the credentials of the person to whom the money was to be sent, I
entered the amount of money that I wished to send and then read the terms and
conditions and acknowledged them.
Now the wait began. I thought it would take weeks for the
money to reach my family, but no! My brother called me a few hours later and
informed me that he had received the money. What an easy way to transfer money
to Nepal.
